The permit drawing set has been completed and is being prepared for submission to the City of Denver

Our design team will continue to progress the drawings through the month of July, working towards issuing a construction drawing set by the end of the month

Our construction manager is using the permit set to further develop the project budget and they will utilize the construction set to bid out subcontracts
