DESIGN/ PROCUREMENT

  • The permit drawing set has officially been submitted to the City of Denver as of July 22nd .

  • The design team completed a set of drawings that were “Issued for Construction”. This set of drawings was then used by our construction management firm to update the estimated project cost.

  • The construction management firm has engaged local trade partners to get market value estimates and will begin to bid out scopes of work in the upcoming weeks.

PERMITTING

  • Zoning Use Permit has been approved.

  • Building and Wastewater Permit has been submitted and reviewers have been assigned to the project.    

FIELD UPDATE

  • The interior of the existing space has been demolished in accordance with the intended re-design. The space will stay in this demo’ ed state until construction begins (pending permit approvals) in October ’24.

  • The construction management firm is Shawmut Design & Construction; a firm that is experienced in high-end restaurant builds and has worked with Oak View Group on various other projects.
