PROGRESS REPORT- APRIL 1st, 2025

On-going and upcoming work for Penterra Plaza Restaurant.

• Selective Demolition near complete, MEP demolition on-going
• Layout is on-going
• Framing of metal stud walls and soffit is in progress
• Pilot holes and coring for the plumbing and electrical scope began this week and will be on-going for the weeks to come
  • Parking spaces required to be vacated have been coordinated by Fred and Paul; caution tape has been installed to block off spaces
  • Coring is beginning on the club side of the space, goal is to turn spaces back to the Landlord as quickly as possible
• Overhead and in-wall plumbing and electrical is in progress and will be on-going for weeks to come
• Removal of ductwork and install of new is in progress
• Communication with Denver’s 811 Dig Safe has begun to coordinate safe removal of existing concrete and grease interceptor
  • Upon survey and results, demolition and excavation will begin
• Dumpsters will be reduced to just a single unit

As a friendly reminder, any persons who enter the jobsite must wear the required PPE whether it is during or after construction hours. For any non-subcontractors, it is preferred that Fred is notified of the visit ahead of time and that said visitors meet Fred at the field office entry door which is off the parking lot. This will assure the appropriate PPE is worn or provided.
