DESIGN/ PROCUREMENT

  • Procurement/ awards to local contractors by the construction manager is ongoing

PERMITTING

  • The project has received approvals from the City of Denver on the following applications
    • Architectural : Approved
    • Mechanical & Plumbing : Approved
    • Health Review : Approved
    • Fire Review : Approved
    • Zoning : Approved
    • Liquor License : Approval Recommendation
  • Sewer Use and Drainage (SUDP) : Not Approved
  • Electrical and Energy : Not Approved

FIELD UPDATE

  • The interior of the existing space has been demolished in accordance with the intended re-design. The space will stay in this demo’ ed state until construction begins (pending permit approvals) in January 2025
  • The construction management firm is Shawmut Design & Construction; a firm that is experienced in high-end restaurant builds and has worked with Oak View Group on various other projects.
