PROGRESS REPORT- March 1st, 2025

DESIGN/ PROCUREMENT

  • Procurement/ awards to subcontractors by the construction manager Shawut continues.‍
  • Finalization of the interiors and color palette continues.
  • The furniture, fixture and equipment components are being managed and acquired and managed by Oak View Group and are ongoing.

PERMITTING/INSPECTION

  • The City and County of Denver has provided the permit for the construction of the restaurant to Oak View Group.
  • Shawmut Construction has obtained the permit.  A copy of this will be placed at the project site.
  • Inspection Services are being initiated.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

  • A kick-of meeting was held 27 February with OVG, Shawmut ,and Perkins and Will
  • An additional meeting was held on 27 February with Mark Van Loucks to discuss site logistics
  • Shawmut is preparing a Site Logistics Plan that will be in place for the duration of the project.
  • Mobilization by Shawmut will occur on 10 March by Shawmut.
  • Minor additional demolition will occur after 10 March.
  • Shawmut will mobilize subcontractors After 10 March for field measurements, and coordinate material deliveries to begin installation.
  • Ongoing coordination work with building management has begun and will be in place for the duration of the project.
