Of course the patios will once again be wonderful spaces for Al-Fresco dining. The creator of the restaurant, Christian Navarro, is terming the fare as "California French". California fare is driven by local and sustainable ingredients with an attention to seasonality. So, I assume California French is the same thing with a French flare? Christian has mentioned that the menu will change with the seasons, but will also include lots of surprises! We will pass on more information when it becomes available to us. Because Christian comes from a wine background, is a world renowned and awarded Sommelier, the wine list will be something to behold. He plans on having 117 wines by the glass...won't that be fun!!!
